I have a few passions. Fitness, writing, food, and of course, sex!
I mean, shouldn't we all enjoy sex?
And sometimes even mix food and sex, but that's another post.
Hence why I like to share anything to enhance that part of peoples' lives.
What if I told you that there is any easy way to increase libido?
Now, I know many of us do not need help in that department.
Perhaps, some of us just would like to have it heightened?
Fitness will do that.
There's science to prove it.
And no, I do not mean that you have to get to this level to feel those effects either.
Although, I'm not complaining when I get to that level again...or if I found him hanging around my bedroom.
Now granted, we know that feeling better about ourselves automatically increases our self-confidence which will make us a little less inhibited when our clothes fly off.
However, even twenty minutes of exercise will cause endorphins, testosterone, and circulation to our genitals to surge.
I know you're seeing the word 'testosterone' there and thinking that the word is usually associated with men. However, that hormone works for women too!
Let's just say it's an overall hormone of arousal in both sexes.
I have read one study that said:
Physical activity was shown to prime a woman’s body for sexual activity by making her more sensitive to touch and increasing the efficacy of stimuli, while men experience improved sexual function and better orgasms.
Maybe it's all of that additional blood rushing to those naughty bits!
Also, as you become more vigorous with the exercises, the length of time of your workouts, and include more days, well, the effects rise too.
Have you heard people discuss a runner's high?
I had a friend who was a long distance runner. He once told me about that experience, and that he also could orgasm while running. I did not believe him.
Then...as I became more involved in competing, as my workouts became more intense and longer, lo and behold, I found myself becoming randy during them?! It was crazy to believe that one could be on the verge of orgasm while exercising.
How about them apples?
It definitely made working out more fun, and when I started carrying a little something extra along in my bag. That's another post too.
So, maybe give twenty minutes a shot, and have a banana afterwards.
